Having more than 14 years of rich post-qualification experience in the fields of Audits, Assurance, Risk Advisory Services, Corporate Restructuring, cross border JV’s, Short & long term corporate financing etc. across various industries such as Paper, Aviation & Travel, Retail, Power and Concessions in the domains of Manufacturing, Services & EPC. Also, an Insolvency Professional duly registered with Insolvency & Bankruptcy Board of India.

Conducted and supervised various risk assessment studies across business functions in Manufacturing, food processing and travel industries. He has hands on experience of documenting Internal Financial Controls and their respective testing’s as required by the companies Act & Listing Agreements of the Stock Exchanges.

Thoroughly advised the Managements on restructuring in the areas of Capital, Group Holding structures including overseas entities across four Continents, Internal departmental & reporting structures. Also, advising on the possible structures in case of cross-border Joint-ventures along with drafting of MOU’s, Term Sheets and vetting of JV Agreements.

Actively involved in advising various clients in the proceedings of Insolvency under I&B code. Being appointed as Authorised Representative of class of creditors in some cases. He is currently practicing in the field of Insolvency.
