He is a fellow member of ICAI . He has an experience of more than 45 years in the profession in almost every facet of the accounting, auditing and consulting domain. He has been in govt service for more than 30 years. He has, over the years, acquired proficiency in Direct Tax Laws, Corporate Statutory Audits and Bank Audits including Statutory Audits, Concurrent Audits, Revenue Audits, Stock Audits, Treasury Audits etc. Apart from advising clients on various issues under the Income- Tax Act and Value Added Tax Act, he has vast experience in handling assessment proceedings under the Income-tax Act. He also handles appellate matters before the Commissioner of Income tax (Appeals) and the Income-tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT). He is presently heading bank audits and taxation division of the firm.
