He also helps clients in drafting of Financial Model, Information Memorandum and Investor’s Pitch, identifying strategic / financial investors, drafting and negotiating the term sheet, legal Due Diligence, structuring of the transactions and many more.
He also handles contingency planning/ Pre Insolvency/ Distress Advisory, identifying strategic investors, multi-lateral/ Bi-lateral Debt restructuring / Negotiations with Lenders / Creditors, out-of-court restructurings and refinancing, corporate Restructuring based on Mergers/Amalgamation/ Demergers/ Hive off/Take over/Acquisitions etc.
